The Program :
Specializing in 1-on-1 our programs are our exclusive Functional Interval Training workouts designed for both women & men of all fitness levels and abilities. Our workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, stretching, core and abdominal training all in one fast-paced inclusive and effective workout. You'll experience some of the best and hardest workouts you've ever done and leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and burn 300-500 calories per workout and up to 1500-2000 calories per week. Our Functional Interval Training programs are for people who are serious about getting fit in record time. We do fitness the old-fashioned way-with sit-ups, push-ups, stretching, medicine balls, obstacles training and running (or walking if you can't run) for lasting REAL RESULTS!!! By combining functional exercises (body-weight & medicine-ball training) with bouts of cardio (walking, jogging and sprinting) intervals, we train you like an athlete even if you have no athletic skill or coordination. The idea is to train as effectively and efficiently as possible to maximize your fitness results. No matter what your fitness level or age; everyone can do these workouts.

Nutritional Programs :

Included in your personal training programs is a complete and customized nutrition program. We eliminate your guesswork on what foods to eat, quantity, when to eat, etc. You just need to follow the plan and we adjust it each week based on your results and food likes / dislikes. We also offer a tailored nutritional plan that is specific to your individual needs. We start by discussing your current eating habits, taking into consideration your caloric intake, activity level, and likes and dislikes. Together, we create attainable goals that are specific to your needs and desires. This is not a diet. This is a healthy way of eating that will support you for the rest of your life.

Also included is body fat testing to measure your results based on body fat lost and lean muscle weight gained. We usually test every 2 weeks of training.
