The thing about reaching your goal weight is that it’s 100% possible.its completely in your control. The only thing stopping you from getting there is you . so get out of the way…
It will hurt . it require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions it require sacrifice you will need to push your body to its max there will be temptation but, I promise you, when you reach your goal, ITS WORTH IT.
There is no substitute for consistency
With strong determination and dedication success will follow
